The food selection here is varied. I ordered egg beneditcts, but what stands out to me is the crunchy fried potatoes. I can't describe how good they were. A minus here is that they missed my friend's order due to miscommunication, which made us wait for a little while. Overall this place is pretty good and I'd totally go back.

A lovely place to enjoy a late lunch! From the start, our host was so fun and kind, orienting us to the ordering process. Claire at the counter was so friendly in recommending between my two choices. She was right!-The cornbread and chili were amazing! Our server was kind and also, helpful. Will be sure to go back!

Really enjoyed the quick service at Alcove! Despite it being packed, we easily found a table to sit at. The place is very large so it's not hard to grab a table. This place is mostly outdoors, there were SO many dogs, just something to keep in mind. I had the red chilaquiles, and they were so yummy! Definitely would come back!

A decent place for brunch in the Los Feliz area! My friend and I shared the bacon breakfast burrito and rate it a 6.5/10. It was very bacon heavy and filled with beans and a little bit of egg. The potatoes that it came with was pretty well seasoned and tasty though. We also shared a chocolate chip cookie and that was good-- very chewy and moist. I enjoyed all the seating options and the outdoor sections has lots of shade so that's a plus! It's an order then sit down type of place and all the workers were very friendly.

Alcove is such a cute little spot to come for breakfast/brunch/lunch vibes. Tons of outdoor tables with umbrellas or shady trees to sit under, you order at the counter and place your number at your table and they bring your food to you. They are dog friendly, and have valet parking if you don't want to deal with finding street parking. The ricotta pancakes are a staple I always love to order but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Alcove is a great little spot which does daytime and nighttime dining and drinks. The ambiance is worth a visit alone: there is a cute little garden (with heaters) which looks and feels like a great spot for a lunchtime chat with friends or an evening alcoholic drink. The inside is also very cute and well decorated. Heading there in the evening, there's a great selection of alcoholic drinks, including cocktails. I enjoyed one of their local ciders. The food menu is varied and well served. Their salads were considered- I had a salad with citrus fruit and the flavours worked really well together! I think the daytime service being at the bar is a little chaotic and would prefer for it to be obviously all bar or all table service, though I understand they probably have a reason for this way of working. Heading in to order at the bar can take some time, but you do get to consider whether to have one of their enormous slices of caked/ baked goods (one day!).

The lemon ricotta pancakes are a MUST HAVE‼ They're perfectly fluffy and not too sweet. The lemon and ricotta flavor really comes through and surprisingly not too overpowering. However, the carnitas omelette was a bit underwhelming. There was not enough flavor for me and if they just added a little salsa - it could go a long way. The potatoes it was paired with were packed with flavor and super crispy, so that saved the dish for me. Sunday brunch anywhere can get packed and this place was no exception. We waited about 10-15 minutes to order and the way you order is you pay inside first and then they come to you with the food after. The wait was not too bad since there is a lot of seating. They have both inside and outdoor seating. Highly recommend outdoor since their patio is filled with nice greenery. This place has cute cozy vibes with large portions. They also have an assortment of cakes and pastries! You can also help yourself to get water, napkins, to go boxes, and hot sauce. This is one of my favorite places to go because you can walk around the area as well. Parking can be a pain, but there's plenty of residential streets that are free to park.

Very quaint with so many offerings. Can get very busy but I love the look and feel of this place. Gives you that cozy neighborhood feel. Street parking is definitely an issue but valet is available. Food is tasty and you will certainly love the dessert offerings. This is is also a good place to pull up at the bar and chit chat with friends.

It's all about the aesthetics. The outdoor patio, the brick tiling, the umbrellas...it's a whole vibe. The service is great too with super friendly and efficient staff. The food is good nothing spectacular or magnificent...just good. Be mindful of the parking. It's tricky to find a spot with so many street signs but they do offer valet. All in all Alcove is always a great time with great company.

This restaurant was my go to back in the day with my girlfriends. It has a super cute front patio perfect for a nice day in L.A. I ordered the breakfast biscuit sandwich and my intern got the burger to eat. While the dishes themselves didn't particularly wow us, the vibes of this place makes up for it. It's got a similar vibe to Urth Caffe where you wait in line to order your food and then find a spot to sit after. A lot of people seem to be working here, so it's good to know that this is a good spot to get some laptops up time. They have valet here, but we found street parking in one of the residential areas instead.
